include 2pm, 3:45pm or 5:30pm. If any time outside of this is requested it will be denied and Malia will contact you directly for reschedule. Even if other times look available this is never the case. Your hour starts promptly at 2pm, 3:45 or 5:30pm only. Thank you.
Booking requests are best done at least 48 hour in advance. I encourage 1-4 weeks in advance for best varying options and to secure your appointment time.
NEW CLIENTS: arrive 15-20 minutes early for paperwork and prep time.
Preferred Payment Options:

Credit Cards and Venmo have a $5 fee but can be accepted if needed. These include Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover.

POLICIES

MISSED APPOINTMENTS
When you book an appointment with me, that time is set aside for you - and ONLY you. I will always be ready for you when you arrive.
In return, I ask that you keep your promise to me and show up for your appointment on time.
Please understand that massage therapists only get paid when they deliver a service.
therefore missed appointments are costly and prevent me from assisting other clients.
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment,
and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay a $30 fee.
CANCELLATIONS
In the event that you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, please contact me by phone not email at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.
If you do not reach me, please leave a message on my voicemail system as I will receive this the fastest.
If I do not hear from you within this time frame, and you do not keep your appointment, the above policy will be applied.
Note: I recognize that no one is perfect and there are circumstances that are out of your control (sudden illness, family emergencies, etc.)
and so I may make an exception to the above policies on those rare occasions. If I must cancel or reschedule the session for any reason,
you will be notified as soon as possible.
