Arrival:

You will begin by arriving 10-15 minutes earlier than your scheduled time to fill out required paperwork. This helps me get a detailed plan worked out for your specific needs. I will then give you a brief introduction to the office and explain or answer any questions you might have at this time.

Once we have gone over all the basics I will leave the room while you undress to your comfort level and cover yourself with the sheet and/or blanket. Comfort levels vary but always know you'll be draped properly throughout the entirety of the session. I will knock after a few minutes and check if you are ready for me to come back into the room. You will then receive a focused specialized massage for 60 or 90 minutes. Necks and shoulders often carry great stress so I tend to focus on those areas often unless otherwise discussed. At the end of the massage you will get dressed and I will give you tips on how to continue your self care at home in between massage sessions. I will then ask you if you would like to schedule your next appointment depending on what we had already discussed was best for you. Its always better to plan ahead if you can to avoid waiting till the pain gets bad for a massage. I believe preventative care is the best care and consistency is key. Feeling good is possible. I look forward to sharing all the wonderful benefits massage can provide.

Environment:

Music can be chosen by the client. If you have a preference please let the therapist know. There will be a short list of options or you can feel free to let me know of a different preference. Muted lighting and wave lights add to the peaceful setting and mood. You'll notice plants from local shops like the Art Terrarium that help keep the air fresh and clean. As well as local art from artist like Laura Todd. The aroma is often a light creampie scent from Big Gay Candle Co local soy wax candles.
