Therapeutic massages are perfect for relieving muscle tension, improving range of motion, loosening tense areas by breaking up muscular knots and so much more!
Massage works by manipulating the body's soft tissue, and often uses strokes that flow towards the heart, improving blood circulation.
It may help reduce mental symptoms such as depression , stress, anxiety and some physical symptoms such as back pains, headaches, muscle issues, and other chronic pains.

Reflexology Massage
Reflexology is a type of massage that involves applying different pressure and movements to the feet for relief throughout the body. The nerves in our feet are connected to certain organs and systems through wiring in our bodies. It acts like a reset to the whole system providing relief and rest to the body. This is based on the fact that your body has a natural healing response and ability to find balance with the right tools, movement and care.

CBD - $25

During this session a Full Spectrum CBD will be applied on each area massaged. This cream provides fast, powerful, localized absorption. This allows you to enjoy benefits such as aiding in muscle recovery, decreased muscle pain, improved blood pressure and alleviating inflammation. CBD works by stimulating our endocannabinoid system, and has been found to have an effect on a wide variety of biological functions. Such as pain, memory, mood, appetite, stress, sleep, metabolism, immune function, and reproductive function.

*Sunmed Topical Relief CBD Cream sourced from Your CBD Store. The phytocannabinoid-rich (PCR) hemp in the cream used has a naturally high CBD level as well as an abundance of other beneficial cannabinoids (CBG, CBN, CBC) and flavonoids, terpenes, and essential amino acids. It contains other natural anti-inflammatory ingredients such as Arnica, MSM, and peppermint as well.

Basalt stones: These stones retain heat well and are used during this session to help the therapist ease into muscle tissue at a deeper level. Some benefits you may notice are reduced muscle tension, better sleep, and anxiety relief.
* Jade stones can also be used for a combination hot & cold treatment.

Aromatherapy - $15
Aromatherapy is used to improve your physical and mental well-being by inhaling scent molecules in essential oils that proceeds to directly travel to the brain olfactory nerves then directly to the brain. This especially impacts the amygdala, the emotional center of the brain.
*If you have known sensitivities to any particular oil, its best to steer clear. Be wary to use oils if you are generally very sensitive to smells. I will always avoid using any aromatherapy directly on the skin
How it works:
You will choose an aromatherapy and that scent will be used throughout the session with an aroma room spray to provide an immersive experience.

The ache relief balm is used throughout the session to help relieve pains associated with pulled or strained muscles, arthritis , backaches and other sore muscle issue you may have. It contains certified organic olive oil infused with arnica, beeswax, vitamin E oil, and essential oils of ginger, cinnamon, thyme, rosemary, and peppermint.

Sensory Gua Sha Face Massage $15
A centering and sensory experience for the facial muscles that is added to the beginning of your massage session. the Therapist uses hot towels
and cold stone therapy to enhance the senses. This experience will leave your face feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

Sound Bath - $15
​
This elevation adds soothing sound to close out your massage with sound healing. Two Tibetan singing bowls are used for this treatment. These bowls have unique vibrations that have the capacity to shift energy, clear blockages, and restore the mind, body, and spirit to a more balanced state of being. These healing frequencies can have a restorative, meditative and relaxing effect.

Foot Scrub - $25 add on​
Treat your feet to a luxurious, rejuvenating experience with our Foot Scrub Treatment, designed to leave your skin soft, refreshed, and pampered.
This enhanced session includes a 45 or 75-minute massage with aromatherapy, setting the tone for ultimate relaxation. Your foot scrub begins with a warm, soothing application of exfoliating scrub to both feet, followed by the placement of dry towels underneath each foot. The scrub is gently massaged into the skin, then both feet are securely wrapped in hot towels to allow the warmth to soften the skin.
While the towels are left on for about 5 minutes, the therapist will provide a relaxing massage to your scalp, neck, face, and/or arms, allowing you to melt into a state of calm.
After the towels are removed, the scrub is gently wiped away with hot towels, and the session concludes with a hot stone foot massage. A locally sourced, nourishing body butter is applied to deeply hydrate and soften your feet, leaving you feeling refreshed and completely pampered.
